I was born in Dallas, TX and am currently living (sort of) in San Francisco, CA. My first two novels were originally released by MacAdam/Cage Publishing in the U.S., "The Contortionist’s Handbook" (2002) and "Dermaphoria" (2005), and I am currently at work on my third. My short fiction as appeared in "San Francisco Noir 2: The Classics" (Akashic Books, 2009) and "Warmed and Bound" (Velvet Press, 2011).
