Bio/Mission
J.E. Fishman is a former Doubleday book editor, ghost writer and entrepreneur, who has finally gotten around to his first love: writing fiction. He is author of the mystery novel CADAVER BLUES, which was serialized on The Nervous Breakdown, and of the thriller PRIMACY, published by Verbitrage, which hits bookstores in September 2011. Fishman's main focus is writing thrillers with big meaty themes, books that keep you turning the pages while possibly changing your worldview along the way.
Inspirations
Too many writers to mention. I don't care about genre. I love to be captured by original voices in command of their story, to be swept up and shook and set down gently in the end. That's also what I hope I'm doing with my own storytelling.
