I'm 36 years young and I aspire to share my life experiences with others through speech, writing and living. I'm a mother, wife and I have a large number of siblings who enjoy draining the life out of me. I'm the 7th child out of 8 from my mother and I don't know what number I am as it relate to my father. I would like to write my first novel about my family life. My professional background stems from Law Enforcement. I began working as a Correctional Officer in 2003. During my tenure, I've risen to the rank of Captain. I'm also Hostage Negotiator with a college degree in Elementary Education. During my intern in the classroom, I observed so much violence and disrespect that I decided to become an officer instead. In class you can't restrain them, in prison you must ~ if the behavior dictates. I've never been injured or harmed while doing my job because I treat human beings the way I want to be treated.
