I suggest we begin a compendium of aphorisms and brief obersvations, relevant and trivial, on writing or not. I encourage you to add your own, or to comment on mine, or to read without contributing, or to simply dismiss.

The ability to sum up an idea or feeling in a pithy statement is a noble endevor. Wisdom is hard earned, but is easy to donate to others.
